Power Automate and Database Administrator

About the Role

In this newly created position, you will design and manage advanced Power Automate workflows and develop/optimize SQL Server databases. Youll be pivotal in streamlining our global e-commerce operations by automating business processes and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Power Automate & Process Automation:
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex workflows
• Research and implement new Power Automate features
• SQL Server Development & Administration:
• Maintain, develop, and optimize databases, queries, and stored procedures
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance
• Manage database structures for efficient reporting
• Integration & APIs:
• Utilize REST APIs (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.)
• Work with JSON data formats for seamless system integrations
• Collaboration & Support:
• Advise on automation solutions
• Support cross-functional projects
• Promote technical excellence and continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years with Power Automate (or similar) and SQL Server
• Technical Skills:
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook)
• Strong REST API and JSON knowledge
• Proficiency in SQL query optimization and database design
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills

• Marketplace APIs (Amazon, eBay, Shopify)
• Windows Server administration
• Microsoft certifications in Power Automate or SQL Server

Workspace Requirements:

• A dedicated room, away from distractions, and not in a shared space
• Desktop Computer with 2 extra monitors with a minimum screen size of 24 inches
• Willingness to install an IP camera that provides live video and audio feed of your workplace during working hours
• Power backup in case of power outages
