The Creative Head will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to drive brand consistency, customer engagement, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction: Lead creative projects, from concept to execution, for branding, digital campaigns, and content marketing, ensuring alignment with the company s objectives and target audience.
Brand Management: Oversee and maintain the visual and tonal identity of LegalEase Solutions across all platforms, reinforcing brand guidelines.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to develop creative strategies that enhance user experience, support business goals, and position the brand as a leader in the legal tech space.
Market Trends: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to the creative process.
Content Oversight: Review and approve all creative materials, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and innovation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients, presenting ideas, gathering feedback, and iterating on concepts as needed .
