Job description:

• Handling Pan-India against litigation. To monitor & manage against litigation and take them to logical conclusions.
• Drafting and vetting of all pleadings including drafting of suits, petitions, applications and appeal for Pan-India against litigation.
• Drafting and vetting of documents.
• Appearing before the judicial and quasi -judicial authorities, government officials, police authorities etc to sort-out the problems / issues and to maintain amicable relationship.
• Preparation & maintaining an end-to-end process MIS for Pan-India against litigation.
• Issue notices and replies as per the requirements of the collection legal team.
• Drafting formal legal responses as received Pan- India from borrowers/co-borrowers/third parties in forms of notices, and to send replies within TAT and ensuring compliance with the timelines prescribed in the SARFAESI Act 2002.
• Initiate arbitration proceeding from HO in non- litigated contracts.
• Allocation of cases & co-ordination with advocates for Pan-India against litigation.
• Providing necessary advice with regard to the suits to be filed, appeals to be preferred and other connected issues as when required from the team.
• Ensure all Consumer cases to be attained and Timely filing of say/WS for against litigation along with the preparation and vetting of draft to ensure appropriate reply.
• Preferring appeal in State / National commission for cases with adverse order.
• Handling Pan-India NHB reported fraud cases and maintaining MIS to share updates with the concerned departments on regular intervals.
• Drafting of Police complaints & applications as per the requirement for Pan-India NHB reported fraud cases and share the same with the team within timelines and ensure timely filing of Police Complaints/ registration of FIR/filing of other alternative applications.
• Preparing data for NHB compliance s for overall SARFAESI process, cases filed u/s. 138/25, arbitration & Pan-India against litigation.
• Preparing data for contingent liability.
• Preparation and regular Circulation of MISs and Dash Boards with management and cross function to update the current status of their respective cases.
