Manager - Legal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal and Compliance Manager to oversee our

compliance program and ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk

management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization, providing guidance to senior management.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas of potential compliance vulnerability and develop corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes.
• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters, including contracts, corporate governance, and employment law.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
• Investigate compliance violations and manage response efforts, including reporting to senior management and regulatory authorities as necessary.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors.

Qualifications:

• 4-9 years of experience in legal and compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance, litigation frameworks.
• Proven experience in risk assessment and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
