You need to be a HODLer of these Research and advise across business needs and challenges with particular focus on the Middle-East

Conducting legal research and providing support on regulatory matters

Draft, review and close Agreements, NDAs, MOUs etc

Lead discussions and negotiation with external parties (partners, vendors, external counsels etc

) Manage the legal repository and requests in the contract management tool Collaborate with internal teams to secure business

Collaborate on strategies on industry needs and market trends

Good communication skills both verbal and written

You will be mining through these tasks Minimum of 8-12 years work experience in Legal

Experience in working with laws of the Middle East (e

g

Dubai, Bahrain) is mandatory

Location- Bangalore/Mumbai

Bachelors and/or Masters in Laws from a reputed college

Strong commercial acumen

Ability to assess legal, compliance and risk aspects of business

Experience in financial technology will be added advantage
