Inside CoinDCX s Legal Team Our Legal team safeguards CoinDCX s legal interests, navigating the complex regulatory landscape of the blockchain industry with expertise and foresight. We ensure our operations are compliant and aligned with legal standards. If you re a legal expert with a passion for innovation, join us in protecting the future of blockchain technology. You need to be a HODLer of these Minimum of 7-13 years work experience in the Legal industry. Prior experience in financial technology will be an added advantage. Location- Mumbai/ Bangalore. Bachelors and/or Masters in Laws from a reputed college. Strong legal and commercial acumen. Ability to assess legal, compliance and risk aspects of business. You will be mining through these tasks Conduct legal research on emerging technology, existing regulatory environment. Advise on product, business models and other organisational needs and challenges. Draft, review, negotiate and close Agreements, NDAs, MOUs etc. Lead discussions with external parties (partners, vendors, external counsels etc.) as needed. Create and update templates and processes based on organisational requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to secure business. Collaborate on strategies, industry needs and market trends. Identify and advise internal customers on risks associated with each transaction and proposing practical/strategic risk mitigation strategies.
