Review and risk assessment of vendor contracts

Experience in working with Product and Tech teams to give feedback on the new product launches

Some experience in Data Privacy practices

Maintaining of legal contract repository

Coordination with different internal and external stakeholders

Should have the ability to manage tasks independently

2-3 years in Legal domain in SEBI regulated entity preferably Stock Broking

Qualification LLB or LLM + qualified CS will be an added advantage
