Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee QA with a focus on Automation Testing to join our dynamic team. As a Trainee QA, you will be an integral part of our quality assurance team, working closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to ensure the highest quality of our software products. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about software quality, eager to learn, and looking to kickstart their career in QA and automation testing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the QA team to understand project requirements, create test plans, and design test cases for various software applications.
- Understand the overall process of software QA to create as well manage test data required for executing test cases and ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Document test results, generate test reports, and maintain comprehensive records of test cases, scripts, and test execution logs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in QA.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Participate in security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure that applications are secure against potential threats.
Requirements Candidate Profile: - B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate Required Skills - Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Understanding of databases and SQL to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies as the industry evolves.
- Ability to think critically and analytically to identify potential issues and understand complex systems.
- High level of attention to detail to catch even the smallest defects and inconsistencies.
- A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- Prior internship or project experience in software testing or quality assurance is advantageous but not required.
