Job Description

Role Overview:

As a GTM Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing individuals to join our GTM teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers and team leaders across sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships to understand the strategic needs of the business and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter with a strong understanding of SaaS, GTM functions, and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
Proactively source, engage, and attract candidates for a wide range of GTM roles, including sales, marketing, customer success, business development, and operations.
Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and niche platforms to find passive candidates.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for GTM positions, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and culture fit, ensuring alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Experience:
Provide a smooth, engaging, and respectful experience for all candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Guide candidates through interviews, assessments, and negotiations, acting as their main point of contact.
Data-Driven Insights:
Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and pipeline health to drive improvements in the recruiting process.
Regularly analyze sourcing effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve recruiting strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to ensure an understanding of team objectives and hiring priorities.
Educate and advise hiring managers on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.

Key Requirements:

Experience:
5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) functions in a SaaS environment.
Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier talent in sales, marketing, customer success, and business development roles.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer success processes, and marketing strategies.
Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards).
Proficient in leveraging social media and networks for talent sourcing.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for connecting great people with great opportunities and fostering an inclusive hiring process.
