Role :
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Deluge Specialist to join our Business team at Leegality.
You will be responsible for optimizing and managing our Zoho Suite (CRM, Zoho HRMS and other modules) of the Zoho Suite to ensure seamless sales processes, data tracking, and efficient prospecting, lead, and deal management.
As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with all teams in Leegality to refine workflows and deliver technical solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
Zoho CRM Management :
- Oversee the entire Zoho CRM system, ensuring it is properly configured and optimized to meet business needs.
Business Process Optimization :
- Work closely with the sales team to design and implement workflows that enhance the efficiency of sales activities, from lead management to deal closure.
Custom Development :
- Leverage your coding expertise to create custom solutions within Zoho CRM, including workflows, automation, scripts, custom modules, and structured processes with Blueprint, as needed.
Product Knowledge :
- Stay informed and up-to-date on the full suite of Zoho products, evaluating their potential relevance and value for the company.
- This includes identifying tools that could enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.
Data Management & Reporting :
- Ensure accurate data tracking and management within the CRM, creating detailed reports and dashboards for monitoring business performance.
Training & Support :
- Provide ongoing support and training to the sales and operations teams on Zoho CRM usage and best practices.
Integration :
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate to Zoho CRM and any necessary other business tools (e., marketing automation, customer support systems, backend systems, etc.)
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience with Zoho CRM is a mandatory requirement; expertise on the platform is a must have.
- Hands-on experience with coding and development within Zoho CRM (e., Deluge scripting, API integration, custom functions, and workflow automation).
- Strong understanding of business processes and how to optimize them using CRM systems.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams, as well as technical staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e. , IT, Computer Science, Business Management).
Preferred :
- Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus.
- Zoho certifications are a plus.
