Job Description
- The People Operations Specialist will assist with administrative tasks and improve the processes.
- Help with onboarding of new hires, including orientation and paperwork. Manage offboarding to ensure compliance and proper exit procedures.
- Keep employee records updated, manage People databases, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assist in creating and implementing People policies and procedures.
- Supporting employee inquiries and resolving issues related to People policies and practices.
- Identifying areas for operational efficiency and implementing best practices in People processes.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor\u2019s degree.
- Strong understanding of People processes and employee benefits.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Preferred experience of using GSuite.Here\u2019s a simplified version:
- Hands-on experience with SaaS tools for HR management (like HRMS or ATS) is required. Must be tech-savvy and able to quickly learn analytics tools."
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
