Designation: Sales Executive

Experience: 0-1 year

Location: Kharadi, Pune

CTC: 2.25 LPA - 3.25 LPA + Unlimited Monthly Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identifying and reaching out to potential customers or clients.
• Delivering compelling presentations and pitches to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of the products or services.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
• Keeping detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics to provide regular reports to management.
• Assisting customers with post-sales inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Enhancing the company's brand image and reputation through marketing.
• Building own sales pipelines and meeting Sales Goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a MBA or BBA in Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanour.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
