Designation: Sales Executive

Location: Wakad (WFO)

Experience: Freshers to 1 year.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

CTC: Upto 3LPA + Monthly unlimited incentives

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support when required.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Masters or bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
