Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in coordinating and managing training programs and driving organizational learning initiatives. This role requires a background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for fostering continuous development in employees at all levels.


Key Responsibilities:


  • L&D Program Coordination:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end learning programs, including logistics, content preparation, and delivery.
    • Manage training calendars, track attendance, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders and participants.
    • Schedule training programs (in-person, virtual)

  • Project Management:
    • Drive L&D projects to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
    • Develop detailed project plans, set clear milestones, allocate resources, and track progress.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of learning initiatives with business needs.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Manage stakeholder (HRBP, employees, department heads, leadership, external vendors, procurement & Admin) for smooth rollout of training programs.
    • Facilitate regular updates and meetings to report on the status of L&D programs, gather feedback.

  • Evaluation and Reporting:
    • Assess the effectiveness of learning programs using various evaluation tools (surveys, feedback, KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Produce reports on training metrics, ROI, and impact on employee performance and development.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up to date with the latest L&D trends, tools, and technologies to implement best practices.
    • Drive a culture of learning within the organization by promoting available training opportunities and fostering continuous professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Education:
    • Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on coordination & Project Management
    • Demonstrated experience managing training initiatives.

  • Skills:
    • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Good to have Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience in Workday or similar HRIS tool
