Job Title - Finance

Location - Chakan

Reports To- Finance Controller

Focus

The incumbent will be a part of the core management team, reporting to Plant Finance controller. He / She will play a strong business support role. The incumbent will focus on US / Indian GAAP reporting, regulatory and statutory compliances, SOX and Internal Controls, CAPEX.

Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with a minimum 7 years post qualification work experience. Additional qualifications if any CPA / CMA / ACS will be a plus.
• 7 -10 years in a senior position of a midsized / large Manufacturing Company preferably US MNC in the Automotive / Auto-ancillary / of a mid-size (Rs. 250 Crs plus) MNC
• Candidate must display a good understanding of US & Indian GAAP, Indian statutory requirements including direct / indirect taxation, transfer pricing, SOX and Business Controls, Credit Control and should have hands-on experience of the above areas.
• Candidate must be fully conversant with Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis, Free Cash flow and Management Reporting.
• Working knowledge of ERP system is a must. Knowledge of MFG-PRO /

Hyperion will be a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail are

a must.
