Job Description

Job Overview:

Leap Robots LLP is looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves a combination of strategic marketing activities, fieldwork, and hands-on event management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving both B2B and B2C sales, generating leads, and managing product sales across various channels. The role also includes working at client locations and ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies to meet business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Work & Client Engagement: Regularly visit client locations to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and provide on-site support for marketing initiatives.
  • Event Management: Plan, organize, and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to showcase Leap Robots offerings and generate interest among potential clients.
  • B2B & B2C Sales: Drive both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales by identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing deals. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies across various channels, including online and offline methods, to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Product Sales: Promote and sell Leap Robots products to new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image across all marketing platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Campaign Management: Execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote products and services, monitor their effectiveness, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring high levels of engagement and loyalty.
  • Digital Marketing (Supplementary): Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media management, and email marketing, as part of a broader marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role, with a focus on fieldwork, event management, and sales.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, lead generation, and product sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations and manage on-site activities.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in the robotics or technology industry is a plus.
