LEAP India - Account Controller - CA (5-7 yrs)

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai.

Working Days: 6 days/week.

Job Description:.

- Controlling , Monitoring & Supervising Expense accounting and operations.

- Preparation of Financials under Ind-AS (Ind-AS certified mandatory).

- Ensuring timely completion of various audits (statutory, internal & DD).

- Preparing Consolidated financial statements (consolidation experience mandatory).

- Monthly reporting of various financial reports.

- Ensuring the Monthend Books closure with Provisions.

- Fixed Assets Capitalisation & Depreciation.

- Inventory management.

- Knowledge of Tax Compliances (Like GST, TDS etc).

- Managing Vendor queries and Reconciliations.

- Process Re-engineering /improvement through automation & special assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meeting agreed timelines with quality output, alerting management on exceptions.

- Ensuring smooth audit and good rating in audit.

- Accuracy of accounting, financial reporting & timely audit closure.

- Bringing in best practices and continuous improvement in process & compliances.

What We're Looking For:

- 5-7 Years of experience post CA.

- SAP, Microsoft Office, Taxes.

- Should be confident, process oriented with good interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle pressure.
