INVITING SENIOR FEMALE LEADERS WITH SALES OR ACADEMIC BACKGROUND TO APPLY FOR THE POSITION
THE ROLE
The Admissions Manager will lead a team of Admission Counsellors and be a mentor to them as well as to potential parents. The Admissions Manager is expected to finetune the overall admissions strategy for Elpro International Schools. Alongside, she will guide the Counsellors in their endeavour to share information regarding the CBSE, International Baccalaureate (IB Board) and Cambridge Assessment International Education (Cambridge Broad) curriculums that are currently being offered by Elpro international School. She will be responsible for maximizing the number of admissions, working under the supervision of the Principal Director of the school.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the complete sales life cycle for leads assigned to the Admissions Team. Guide the Counsellors to understand the student and parents profile, identify needs / challenges of individual parents, pitch the selling points in a Solution Based Approach, close a sale, and post-sales relationship management. Create detailed MIS to track the efficiency of the Admissions process and the conversions. Provide high-quality, personalized counselling to prospective parents, whenever there is an escalation. Supervise that the amenities, curriculum, and application procedures are clearly and accurately articualted by the Counselling team. Help the Counselling team to efficiently manage time during the workday to maximize the number of calls and face to face interactions. Ensure that the Counsellors provide exceptional service and support to prospective parents, throughout the admission process. Negotiate/close deals and patiently resolve complaints or objections, if any. Keep a detailed level tracking and analysis of meetings converting into admissions. Reflect, analyse and discuss the reason for a prospective parent not opting for the school. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and changes in the education landscape.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience & Education Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Concept / Solution Sales, OR in leading the Admissions process in a Premier School. Experience in leading a senior and high performance team is preferred. Experience in high end luxury products would be a plus. This may include high end luxury consumer goods, automobiles, fashion, real estate etc. A Masters degree in any Business Behavioural Competencies Should have the capability of educating and addressing a customer's concerns / questions, and influencing his decision making power. Able to mentor and nspire a high performance team of Admssions Counsellors. Should have a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills. Should have the patience and coaching skills for an incoming customer.
