Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of production managers, engineers, and shop floor staff.

- Plan, organize, and control production schedules, inventory, and supply chain.

- Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure effective production.

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

- Drive innovation, research, and development to stay ahead of industry trends.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

- 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in heavy engineering.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems.

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards."
