Key Responsibilities * Application Development: * Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications. * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. * System Design and Architecture: * Collaborate with architects and team members to design system architectures and software solutions. * Find performance bottlenecks and work towards optimization of the App * Contribute to system performance tuning and scalability optimization. * Code Review and Mentorship: * Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality. * Mentor junior developers and assist them in technical challenges. * Troubleshooting and Maintenance: * Debug and resolve application issues and production incidents. * Ensure software reliability and performance through thorough testing and optimization. * Should have hands-on experience on writing unit test cases * Collaboration and Agile Practices: * Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). * Documentation: * Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes. Required Skills and QualificationsEducation and Experience * Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Experience: * 5+ years of professional Java development experience. * Proven experience in building and maintaining complex applications..Technical Skills * Deep expertise in Java 17+ and related frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate. * Proficiency in building and managing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. * Strong understanding of database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases. * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Services) and containerization tools like Dockeror Kubernetes. * Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Bitbucket. * Knowledge of performance tuning and scalability techniques. * Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. * Kubernetes & ArgoCD (Preferred)
