Role: UX Designer Location: Bangalore LeadSquared is a leading sales execution SaaS platform. It brings the sales and marketing teams together and helps them execute and accelerate revenue generation. The platform is used by over 4,00,000 users on the web and mobile in over 30 countries. We are highly focused, and our goal is to be the platform of choice for businesses in the B2C segment including financial services, education, healthcare, real estate, leisure, and consumer services. The Role We are looking for a Designer who can take up the project of taking our current user interface design to a new level and bring consistency and strong visual appeal to our web interface. It is a challenging project because it cannot be done in a big-bang mode, and the visual design would be as critical as user experience. The role involves doing extensive user research, interviewing users, working with key stakeholders to create a vision of the new visual design language and then work with UI developers to execute it systematically. Requirements: Passion for designing best in class software. 4+ years of experience in UI design of B2B software applications a must. Overall 5+ years of experience in the design of web-based software applications and websites Strong understanding of user experience concepts for business users Ability to lead without authority. Skills Required: Basic project management skills to handle design projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and coordinating with different teams. Proficient in creating designs that work across various devices and platforms. Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges and user pain points effectively. Ability to conduct thorough user research and analysis to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of business users. Efficient in UX/UI Design Principles. Knowledge of designs tools like Figma or Adobe Xd.
