Job Description

Title: India Head Operations


Must Have: Head operations for Post production, creative services, VFX, Animation


- The role will be responsible for establishing, implementing and delivering on the overall execution of Creative Services from the Global Delivery Center in India, including print and digital creative production, original creative, emerging technologies, and moving image/broadcast.


- The role will communicate a vision for how organisation can best serve clients across multiple delivery centers via a strong Project Management process.


- The role focuses on operational excellence, client satisfaction, optimizing cost to serve models, continuous improvement, innovation, and team development.


- It establishes goals and success metrics that align with the overall business and client objectives.


Reports to: EVP Global Head of Integrated Delivery


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership and Vision:


- Develop and execute the companys strategic vision and long-term business plan to drive growth and innovation.


- Identify and assess new market opportunities, trends, and technologies for scaling operations.


- Lead the company in achieving its financial, operational, and strategic goals, ensuring alignment with the values.


Operational Excellence and Financial Management:


- Oversee the operations of the firm, ensuring seamless delivery of high- quality creative services across all markets ensuring alignment with global standards and timely, cost-effective execution.


- Establish and maintain operational excellence through process improvements, technology integration, and performance management.


- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize spending and improve budget efficiency, without compromising on quality or creative integrity.


Team Leadership and Culture Building:


- Provide inspirational leadership to a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.


- Develop and mentor senior executives and management teams, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals.


- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.


Strategic Creative Content Production Oversight:


- Oversee the production of high-quality creative content, including video, photography, animation, graphics, digital campaigns and experiential marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.


- Drive the quality-of-service delivery across the creative services organization.


- Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all platforms and campaigns, maintaining a unified brand voice and vision.


- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and elevate production quality standards.


Client and Stakeholder Engagement:


- Build and maintain robust relationships with global and local stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are consistently exceeded.


- Communicate project progress, timelines, and budgets to clients and internal stakeholders clearly and transparently.


Driving Innovation and Technology Adoption:


- Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in creative and content production, integrating relevant advancements into the organizations strategies and operations.


-Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging teams to push creative boundaries and leverage new technologies, such as virtual and augmented reality, to enhance the organizations digital presence and capabilities.


Requirements:


- Experience: Around 18 years of experience in the creative production industry or related fields such as media, entertainment, or advertising with a strong focus on global post-production and project management
