As a key part of the Business Organization, this position demands on-ground involvement and a strong focus on metrics to establish and enhance a highly productive offshore workforce.
- In this role, you will work closely with the business to align hiring efforts with the company's goals. In the fast-paced Staffing industry, your ability to act quickly and efficiently will be key. You will focus on just-in-time hiring and improving the talent supply process to keep the company agile in a competitive market. You will collaborate within a flat organizational structure, actively participating in all stages of talent planning, strategy, and execution to deliver results and create value.
- This role demands at least 12 years of experience in IT Services / BPO / Consulting / Staffing or similar skill and domain-based people-centric organizations. We expect this leader to have proven success in developing domain-specific talent pools to meet the needs of high-skill areas.
- Other than talent acquisition expertise, we expect this leader to be an agile, independent decision-maker committed to transparency and open communication.
