Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Formulation of appropriate talent acquisition strategy for leadership & middle management hiring.

- Create a talent pipeline for all critical roles through talent landscaping for future requirements by evaluating the manpower budgets and manpower requisitions.

- Develop long-term effective sourcing strategies to ensure an optimal channel mix and cost of hiring.

- To enroll best and competent HR recruitment consultancies and maintain panel of HR Consultant with approval & closure of agreements.

- To get actively involved in Leadership hiring & Niche Vacancies.

- Lead the digital transformation of the function by identifying opportunities for automation and centralization.

- Formulate, review and update the TA policy and SOP in consultation with the CHRO & MD.

- Develop and implement monthly TA plans to meet the immediate business needs for all open and potential positions in a time-bound manner.

- Choose appropriate sources of hiring - external and internal.

- Define the interview process and panel composition for various levels of hiring.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions through coordination and follow up.

- Effectively analyze data to identify hiring trends, results & identify gaps in the team & processes Monitor & driving talent acquisition metrics.

- Ensure right salary fitment for all selected candidates across levels through effective negotiations.

- Ensure compliance with the TA policy for all hiring being done.

- Build and update a competency framework, identify and update critical roles and oversee the implementation of career path and succession plans.

- Prepare and design Job description in consultation with functional heads and CMD.

- Work with the leadership team to develop the business to become an organization that builds national talent and ensures knowledge and expertise transition to national talent.

- Coach, mentor and support managers and employees to overcome performance challenges and adapt winning practices to help raise the bar and achieve higher individual and organizational performance.

- Work closely with the HRIS manager to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
