Job Description
o Experience in SAP Time Management - Positive Negative
o Experience in Work Schedule Rules, Holiday Calendars, Substitutions, Absence Valuation, Time Wage type selection rules.
o Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules
o Experience with Yearend activities and support packs implementation.
o Experience in SAP HCM Payroll module.
o Experience in SAP US Payroll is an advantage.
Willing to work US Hours Shift
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 6 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.
Minimum 6 years of experience in design and configuration of Time Management (Positive Time Mandatory).
Required Education
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Science Technology or equivalent.
