React Redux Frontend Lead

• Design, develop, and implement highly-responsive user interface components using React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct regular code reviews to elevate the code's quality and promote a culture of excellence
• Stay current with the latest developments in web applications and programming languages

Job Requirements:

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 6-7 years of overall experience in the field of web development
• At least 1 year of experience working with React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining robust front-end systems
• A solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills are prerequisites
