Oracle PBCS Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PCM Lead Consultant to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle PCM and related Oracle EPM Cloud products, along with a strong understanding of financial planning, cost allocation, and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle PCM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are achieved.

Design allocation models for profitability analysis and cost management.

Develop rules, allocation methods, and hierarchies within Oracle PCM.

Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members.

Oversee quality assurance processes and deliverables.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues during and after implementation.

Conduct performance tuning and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency.
