A Senior consultant in SAP Analytics Cloud is responsible for hands-on delivery of SAP Analytics solutions (on-premise, cloud-based, hybrid) including SAP HANA, Business Objects, Cloud for Analytics Digital Boardroom solutions to help with digital transformation for SAP customers. The role will involve both functional and technical expertise to develop SAP Analytics Cloud solutions to best address our customers needs. As cloud services are becoming more and more important for our customers the role will involve the deployment of modern Cloud-based Analytics solutions.
In this role, the Senior Consultant works directly with SAP customers for hands-on delivery of Analytics solutions that fit the customer s business needs. This position requires the ability to work and communicate as a part of a high-performance consulting team in a global environment.
The SAP HANA Solutions Architect will provide support and integration expertise with the current SAP HANA Environment and participate in projects integrating new processes into SAP BI HANA.
Develop and maintain the overall technical architecture and standards for HANA
Develop prototypes for capability assessment and demonstrations.
Accurately estimate work efforts and time estimates.
Expertise in SAP HANAs architecture.
Deliver comprehensive solutions within the SAP BW HANA environment
Serve as a technical and functional authority on the SAP BW HANA Platform
Architect solutions to support the current business needs, define templates, and identify new technologies that can provide benefited solutions to the business
Provide detailed documentation around technical structures, standard methodologies for reporting, implementation steps and standards
HANA Modeling, Optimization
Design, develop and unit test software or implement and test infrastructure components that meet functional and non-functional activities
Coordinate the diagnoses, isolation and de-bugging of software and hardware problems and performs problem resolution
Own the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of applications
Understands the advantages of using modeled views versus scripted views.
Promote BW-HANA within the Business User Community to better demonstrate existing solutions and position BI-HANA for appropriate future needs.
Participate and supply to development and management work plans.
Deploy and develop objects based on the requirement.
Responsible for requirements capturing, solution design standard methodologies, and demonstrating all available tools.
Participate and develop BI-HANA landscape strategy including efficient setup to support multiple/parallel.
Develop objects within data quality tools for cleansing, de-duplicating and other data preparation.
Identify, Develop, Build, Test, Debug, Document and Maintain data quality scorecards in SAP Information Steward.
Supply to establishing standards for Data Quality, Usage, and Definitions through tooling and scorecards
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s Degree
Experience with business requirements analysis, entity relationship planning, database design, reporting structures
Experience in building SAP IS scorecards and custom Business Objects reports for Data Quality reporting.
Experience with SAP Business Objects Data Services ETL and data migration.
Good Experience in writing the SQL Statements SQL s Optimization (SQL Developer, Rapid SQL).
A general business understanding of SAP disciplines is helpful.
Experience on SAP ECC connectors and data extractions from ECC tables desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills from business and technical perspective.
Experience with Data Quality tools, such as SAP Business Objects Suite (Data Services, Information Steward).

Ability to convey complex information in a clear and detailed manner with the non-technical audience.
Ability to assemble customer requirements and translate them into software specifications.
Experience in automation of DS/IS jobs using in-built and third-party schedulers
Experience in designing and executing advanced data profiling, data validation scenarios.
Experience in implementation of SAP Data Migration process (Mapping-- Filter-Validation- Enrichment) using SAP BPDM.
Good hands on exposure in understanding the source and target systems, designing mapping conversion rules and validating the desired results.
