Job Description

Lead mid to large size and complex consulting projects simultaneously.
Participate in the development and implement long-term client strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients within their workstream.
Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and keep all parties informed about project progress, challenges, and changes.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements.
Provide expert advice on technology solutions and tools that can enhance the clients operations.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers to source necessary hardware, software, or services.
Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.

EXPERIENCE:

Design, implement, and optimize SAP Variant Configuration (VC) solutions for complex product configurations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop configuration models (characteristics, classes, dependencies, super BOMs/routings).
Ensure seamless integration of SAP VC with other modules like SD, MM, and PP.
Manage end-to-end implementation, including testing, deployment, and user training.
Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot configuration-related issues.
Leverage expertise in SAP VC and manufacturing processes to drive system efficiency.
Conduct detailed analysis of existing processes and propose optimized SAP VC solutions.
Develop and maintain configuration profiles, rules, and procedures for complex product offerings.
Create functional specifications for custom development and collaborate with technical teams.
Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders to align on configuration requirements.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for VC models.
Support cross-functional teams in sales, production, and supply chain to align VC models with business processes.
Document all VC-related processes, configurations, and user manuals.
Provide training sessions to end-users and key stakeholders to enhance system understanding.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of VC-related tasks.
Identify and resolve issues related to pricing, order management, and production planning in VC.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and scalability.
Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA advancements and recommend relevant features or upgrades.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on SAP VC best practices.
Collaborate with global teams to standardize configuration practices across regions.
