Lead/Senior Lead Analyst, Accounting & Reporting (Career Restart Program- Reconnect)

Location: Gurgaon

Function: Finance (CFO)

Reports to: Manager, Accounting & Reporting

Role Purpose:

The position is open under Reconnect Program. We are Inviting women who are currently on Career Break or Sabbatical to transit back to corporate world and revive their career. Responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties, supporting the team to complete deliverables in line with the accounting calendar.

Key Accountabilities:

• Performing financial accounting, analysis and reporting
• Ensures accurate accounting in compliance with group policies and carries out monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities including sub-ledger closing
• Preparation of manual journal postings, finalization of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and reconciliations, Variance analysis and commentaries
• Consolidating financial data (for example budgets, income statement forecasts etc) and analyzing against Colts financial goals to identify pain points and opportunities
• Providing recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance, in line with strategic objectives
• Assembling and summarizing data, providing reporting on Colts financial status and existing / potential risks
• Developing financial models and conduct benchmarking, reporting on any performance changes over time.
• A Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or a relevant field.
• Conduct process analysis, working with senior colleagues to drive continuous improvement

Role Specific Requirements:

• 6+ year experience in Accounting & Reporting
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or a relevant field
