Real Estate SBU Head

The Real Estate SBU (Strategic Business Unit) Head is responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic growth of the real estate business. They lead the development and execution of real estate projects and ensure business profitability and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute real estate strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Manage real estate projects, from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals across various functions such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and government bodies.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and ensure competitive positioning.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all real estate transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate management, with significant leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of real estate development, construction, and finance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and risk assessments.
