Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of various documents such as contracts, agreements, notices, replies to legal notices, petitions, etc.
• Appear before courts (civil, criminal, commercial) and tribunals (DRT, ITAT, NCLT, NCLAT etc.) for representing our clients.
• Handle intellectual property rights (trademarks & copyright) matters including registration and litigation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• Strong knowledge of civil law principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
