Job Description:
1. Assist in preparing agenda notes for meetings of the Board/ committees/ shareholders
2. Filings of forms with Registrar of Companies/ RBI etc
3. Maintaining statutory records
4. Assisting in drafting of minutes of meetings of Board/ committees/ shareholders
5. Assisting in drafting various other documents pertaining to secretarial function
6. Assisting in corporate action filings
7. Assisting in day to day work of secretarial function.
8.Must have worked on SEBI(LODR) Regulations,
9.Assist in preparing agenda notes for meetings of the Board/ committees/ shareholders 10.Filings of forms with Registrar of Companies/ RBI etc
11.Maintaining statutory records
Requirement:
1. CS with membership from ICSI
2. training experience in compliance or listing
3. can handle team of cs trainees
4. Should independently handle work & Client coordination
5. Post qualfication experience in secretarial compliances : 1-2 years
6. Firm experience will be preferred.
