Competencies & Key Result Areas Detail Job Description:

• Strong knowledge in C, Data Structure, Algorithms.
• Hands-on experience on RTOS and Board bring up.
• Must have LCD/Backlight/Audio driver porting and development knowledge
• Experience in developing and debugging RTOS device drivers, boot loaders, board support package (BSP) development.
• Strong system-level debugging experience & familiarity with board bring up.
• Memory Management (Static vs Dynamic Memory, Paging), Multithreading knowledge.
• Hands on experience in usage of JTAG debugger, Trace32, Dump Analysis, Memory Profiling and scilloscopes.
• Hands-on experience with on-target development and debugging in embedded environment.
• Should have ample knowledge on device driver development for Feature phone/Smart phone.
• Knowledge of common hardware interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART, Flash and GPIOs.
• Basic scripting knowledge in languages such as Python, Perl, Shell etc.
• Awareness of software tools like SVN, Git, MODIS, Source Insight, RVCT, MS Visual studio 2008
• Hands on experience in solving complex system issues with good problem solving skills.

Ideal Candidate

• B. Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5 to 6 years of experience at cutting edge organizations/start-ups /Chipset manufacturing companies.
• Experience in developing device driver from scratch with very high efficiency coding and performance.
