Role & responsibilities

• Floating enquiry & obtain quotations for indented items from various locations.
• Preparing comparison statements and making POs for finalizing vendor
• Coordinating with user departments and follow up to suppliers for timely delivered the
  materials.
• Preparation of MIS reports and onward submission to the Management.
• Identify new vendors for Mechanical and Electrical material and consumables as an
  alternative source, for price advantage.
• In absence of reporting person, needs to inform to the next level of higher authority.
• In absence of the person, his immediate next level person shall take over the job till he comes
  and need to hand over all the information during his absence after returns.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate must be from Pharma background and must know SAP, PR to PO Conversion.

the candidate should know OPEX, MRO, Lab Instruments purchase.
