About the Role :

We seek an IT Manager with 7+ years of experience in stockbroking to lead technology operations, trading infrastructure, exchange connectivity, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures seamless brokerage operations, IT security, and digital transformation while adhering to SEBI, NSE, and BSE regulations..

The ideal candidate will manage trading platforms, market connectivity, IT security, and compliance while driving innovations to improve efficiency in brokerage technology..

Key Responsibilities :

Trading Infrastructure & Operations :

- Oversee Order Management System (OMS), Risk Management System (RMS), Algo Trading, and Exchange Connectivity..

- Ensure low-latency trading infrastructure for high-speed trade execution..

- Manage real-time API integrations with stock exchanges and market data providers..

- Troubleshoot and optimize trading servers and connectivity issues..

IT Strategy & Digital Transformation :

- Develop and execute the IT strategy for brokerage operations..

- Implement cloud-based trading solutions, AI-driven analytics, and process automation..

- Improve brokerage IT infrastructure for better scalability and performance..

- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge fintech solutions to enhance trading operations..

Cybersecurity & Compliance :

- Ensure SEBI, NSE, and BSE compliance for IT infrastructure and security..

- Implement cybersecurity measures, fraud detection, and access controls..

- Maintain disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP) for uninterrupted trading operations..

- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to mitigate risks..

IT Infrastructure & Vendor Management :

- Manage trading servers, brokerage security, co-location setups, and cloud infrastructure..

- Optimize vendor partnerships for market data feeds, exchange connectivity, and cybersecurity solutions..

- Oversee network architecture, data centers, and IT infrastructure to enhance system performance..

- Lead and mentor IT support teams and cybersecurity specialists..

Requirements :

- 7+ years of IT experience in stockbroking, focusing on trading technology and market connectivity..

- Strong knowledge of trading systems, algo trading, OMS, RMS, and brokerage IT security..

- In-depth understanding of SEBI, NSE, and BSE compliance requirements for IT infrastructure..

- Experience in low-latency trading infrastructure, co-location setups, and API integrations..

- Expertise in cloud-based solutions, IT automation, and cybersecurity protocols..

- Strong background in network security, system optimization, and IT risk management..

- Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science, or related field..
