Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a background in managing OTC brands and a deep understanding of consumer needs and market trends. A strong understanding of the OTC (Over the Counter) industry and prior experience with OTC brands is required to effectively navigate the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.

  • Client & Account Management - Oversee end-to-end client and account management, acting as the primary point of contact (POC) for all client-related matters.
  • Daily Stand-ups & Reporting - Serve as the main point of contact for the client, conducting daily stand-ups to provide updates and report on ongoing activities.
  • Collaboration with HOB(client side) -  Hold weekly meetings with Head of Business (HOB) to discuss growth strategies, account reports, and key updates.
  • Coordination - Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure content is tailored to the target audience and effectively represents the brand. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver media plans that meet client objectives and KPIs.
  • Feedback & Improvement - Provide constructive feedback to the copywriting and design teams to ensure the content meets desired outcomes and objectives.
  • Revenue Tracking & Growth - Forecast and track key account metrics, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Identify and seize opportunities for growth within the assigned territory.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring - Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to both clients and internal teams to ensure optimal results.
  • Budget Management - Oversee client budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing efforts.
  • Influencer Marketing -  A solid understanding of influencer marketing, including strategy development, influencer selection, and campaign execution, is essential for success in this role.
  • PPC Knowledge for D2C Growth- Expertise in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is a must, particularly for driving growth in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) space. The goal is to achieve a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 2% by the end of the year. identifying opportunities to grow revenue through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
