Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing product and marketing design work.
UI/UX Design: Expertise in designing responsive interfaces, wireframing, prototyping, and UX research. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
Marketing Design: Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns, including landing pages, banner ads, social media assets, and email templates.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly articulate design decisions.
Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills focusing on solving complex UX challenges.
Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design culture.
Previous experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or similar fast-paced industries is plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Strategy & Leadership:
Understand the brand DNA and develop inspiring design concepts that reflect the companys identity and resonate with the target audience.
Drive digital transformation initiatives, utilizing a design thinking framework to address user and business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring design solutions align with business goals and product objectives.
Lead and mentor juniors, fostering a collaborative and creative environment, and encouraging innovation and high-quality design practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and engineering.
UI/UX Design (Product Design):
Lead end-to-end product design processes, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver on product design goals.
Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform every design decision.
Create and maintain high-fidelity design mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
Ensure consistency in design across the product suite and align with established design patterns and brand guidelines.
Visual Design (Marketing):
Work closely with the marketing team to create visual assets for campaigns, landing pages, email templates, advertisements, and social media.
Oversee designing branded visuals and adapt product design elements to align with the overall product and marketing strategy.
Create assets that optimize engagement, user conversion, and retention across digital channels.
Collaborate with external content creators and other team members to ensure seamless visual storytelling across digital touchpoints.
