Location - Pune

The Opportunity:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Business Development to strengthen our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

- Manage and develop existing customer accounts.

- Forecast and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure efficient deal flow.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success.

- Experience selling IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, networking solutions) government / Defense sector.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, backup, and security).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethics.
