JD: Key Responsibilities: Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve issues related to machinery, equipment, and building systems. Perform repairs or replacements of faulty components in a timely and efficient manner. Equipment Management: Ensure that all tools and machinery are in good working condition and are properly maintained. Identify the need for any replacements or upgrades. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health standards. Follow all safety protocols and ensure that work areas are kept clean and organized. Participate in safety training programs as required. Facility Support: Assist with general facility management tasks, including maintaining building infrastructure, elevators, lighting, water systems, and other essential equipment. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inventory. Report any major breakdowns or system malfunctions to the Engineering or Maintenance Manager for further action. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, providing quick resolution to prevent any downtime or disruption to operations. Collaboration: Work with other departments and engineers to prioritize maintenance tasks and improve system performance. Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems as required. Upgrades & Modifications: Participate in the installation and modification of equipment and machinery based on company requirements, ensuring the upgrades are completed efficiently and according to safety standards. Inventory Management: Keep track of maintenance materials and parts inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available when needed for repairs or preventive maintenance.
