JD for Key Responsibilities: Client Support: Provide assistance to members by offering personalized fitness advice, guidance, and support during their workouts. Help them achieve their fitness goals through personalized fitness plans and guidance. Conduct Fitness Classes: Lead group fitness classes (such as yoga, pilates, strength training, or cardio) for clients of varying fitness levels. Ensure that each class is engaging, safe, and tailored to the participants abilities. Fitness Assessments: Conduct fitness assessments for members, helping them track their progress and setting achievable goals. Offer recommendations for exercise programs based on individual needs and goals. Exercise Guidance: Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure members perform exercises with correct form to minimize the risk of injury. Provide modifications as needed for different fitness levels. Customer Service: Offer high-quality customer service by addressing member inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner. Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitness environment. Ensure that fitness equipment is in good working order and report any maintenance issues to the management team. Safety & Compliance: Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of members during workouts and fitness activities. Stay updated on first-aid procedures and emergency protocols. Event Participation: Help promote fitness events, programs, and challenges organized by BILD Fitness. Encourage member participation and foster a sense of community.
