Job Duties:
• Providing financial advisory and support to clients, such as preparing financial statements, tax returns, and audit reports
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations and standards, such as GAAP, IFRS, and tax laws
• Conducting financial analyses and presenting recommendations to clients and management
• Managing financial operations, such as budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Advising clients on tax planning and strategies to minimize tax liabilities
• Conducting audits of financial statements and internal controls
• Evaluating the effectiveness of financial systems and processes and recommending improvements
Requirements:
• Experience in financial accounting, taxation, and auditing
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, such as GAAP and IFRS
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations, such as income tax, GST/HST, and payroll taxes
• Experience in conducting financial analyses and preparing financial statements and reports
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
