- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns to ensure long-term business relationships.
- Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of laser products, systems, and applications across various industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
