About the Role

L&T Construction's Buildings & Factories business vertical is seeking for talented professionals with 3 to 10 years of experience in construction projects. If you have a strong background in Industrial Relation within the construction sector, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Managing & administering the construction project
• The job involves Liaisoning with government Authorities both central & State
• Establishing good relationship with workmen and ensuring their Hygiene, Safety & Health
• Facilitating Time Office administration & Payroll Management.
• Managing Labour colony (minimum 800 workmen) independently for supervisory level
• Ensuring governance & statutory compliance at Project level
• Knowledge in MS office- Excel, word
