Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
- Responsible for disbursements and collections of the meeting centers allotted.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Branch Managers to achieve business targets, including disbursements, collections, and portfolio management.
- Performance review of MCs - disbursements and collections to achieve 100% target.
- Review on daily sales and collection against DRR at FLO level.
- Monitoring FLO productivity to ensure MCs are achieving the prescribed productivity.
- Visiting MC and ensuring overall MC hygiene
- Managing equal portfolio distribution within FLOs
- Business expansion
- Ensuring 100% achievement of Regular and 1 to 60 regular bucket collection efficiency and overall CE.
- Monitoring and reviewing on time deposition and cash in hand%.
- Ensuring process adherence & RCU compliance
- Administration & Manpower Management.
