Manager/AGM Contracts & Claims Management

Qualification : BE Electrical preferred or BE Civil. NICMAR will be an added advantage.

Total Experience : 12 to 15 years

Experience : Minimum 10 years in handling Contracts preferably FIDIC based Railway or Highway Contracts

Correspondence with Client / Engineer which include : All Notice of Claims, Interim Particulars, Reply to responses, Contemporary Records and document as per the terms of the Contract (includes that for time and cost entitlements)

Identification of potential areas of entitlement for extension of time, variation, and additional cost.

Quantification, submission, and approval of Extension of Time Applications which includes preparation of schedules, annexures, and Applications for Extension of Time in scheduled date of completion.

Quantification, submission, and approval of Claims including valuation of all claims and EOT Cost.

DAB/ Arbitration. Preparation of supporting particulars & Acquaintance with Preparation of statement of facts and Rejoinder.

MIS preparation and submission.
