We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Service Advisor for our Laptop Store showroom in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist customers in choosing the right laptops while also guiding them on service-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their laptop requirements (sales & service).
• Provide expert advice on new laptops, refurbished models, and accessories.
• Explain service options, repairs, and warranty details to customers.
• Assist in diagnosing basic laptop issues and guide customers for repairs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the store.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure all display models are updated.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and customer queries efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years in laptop sales or service advisory (preferred).
• Education: Any degree/diploma in IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of laptops, components, and troubleshooting.
• Customer-friendly approach with problem-solving ability.
• Location: Bangalore (multiple branches available).
