Role Overview:
Pickcel is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager with a proven track record in developing, managing, and expanding a partner network, specifically within System Integrators, Hardware OEMs, AV integrators, PoS integrators and other technology partners. The candidate should have a proven experience in retail, QSR networks, financial and government sectors. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in digital signage or a closely related field, with a deep understanding of the dynamics of working with large sized organization, government projects and the ability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities these present.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner Development: Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners with a focus on Hardware OEMs, System Integrators, AV integrators, PoS integrators, retail and QSR networks, and partners with strong government project capabilities.
Partner Ecosystem Expansion: Utilize your existing network and expertise to deepen Pickcel's penetration in the retail, QSR, enterprise and government sectors, ensuring our digital signage solutions are top of mind and preferred.
Customized Partner Support: Offer tailored support and training to partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to successfully market and sell Pickcel solutions, with a particular emphasis on meeting the unique needs and compliance requirements of government projects.
Collaboration and Engagement: Work closely with partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and collaborative pitches for large-sized projects in retail, financial and government sectors, ensuring alignment with Pickcels goals and standards.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, especially within the government sector, to adjust strategies and ensure Pickcel remains competitive and compliant.
Performance Management and Optimization: Assess and manage partner performance through key metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, with a focus on increasing sales and enhancing Pickcel's market presence in targeted sectors.
Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the partner organizations, including technology partners, retail and QSR leaders, and government officials.
