• Job offered is for Sales Coordinator at our Head Office. • Should be a Graduate.
• Should have decent communication skills.
• Good command over Mail drafting. • Over 2-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination.
• Must have good experience working in Excel MS-Excel, MS-Word, and Internet.
• Follow-up from Dispatch Department regarding material.

Key Responsibility Area

• Make Pro-forma Invoice & Email for confirmation to customers.
• Make Order sheet of PI & email to concern dept.
• Maintain FMS Sales Order Sheet.
• Regular Order Follow ups.
• Give reports accordingly instruct by reporting manager (Weekly / Monthly basis).
• Chasing to concern dept. for pending orders.
