Recruiter ( Domestic IT)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, focusing on QA/Testing professionals. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and onboard top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers for technical assessments
- Partner with hiring teams to define job requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Negotiate offers and manage compensation discussions
- Maintain candidate data in the ATS

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Linkedin)
